Dignity, respect, equity
CovTownPride is founded on the belief that all people are inherently deserving of dignity and respect. We are committed to fostering and celebrating an inclusive environment where everyone is treated with equity, in accordance with the laws and community standards that guide our event.
Harassment of any kind – whether by or toward volunteers, attendees, or participants – will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal or physical aggression, unwelcome or harassing photography, and the display of recognized hate symbols or language.
Any individual engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior may be removed from the event and, when appropriate, reported to law enforcement.
We recognize and respect the right to peaceful protest as protected under the First Amendment. However, CovTownPride is a permitted city event, and all protest activity must comply with applicable regulations and limitations. Please refer to the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) for further guidance.
CovTownPride is not responsible for the actions of general park patrons outside of event operations.
