Community Art Show Guidelines
• All work must be original, created by the submitting artist. Please no AI.
• Visual arts include fiber arts, mixed media, graphic art, photography, painting, and drawing
• One entry per person
• Artwork must be 2D and no larger than 11” x 17”
• Please email a social media-sharable image of your work to info@covtownpride.org
•Include the following in your email:
Title, brief caption, physical size, and a name or pseudonym to associate with the art
Bring your physical art to CovTownPride for display
If you want to participate in the art show but are unable to attend Pride please email info@covtownpride.org for assistance.
The fine print!
- Art will be displayed on social media and at CovTownPride
- CovTownPride is not responsible for damaged or stolen art, or alterations due to display fasteners
- CovTownPride respects the creative integrity of art and artist. Art that is challenging to public norms may be placed in chaperoned viewing access to persons 18+ at the event. Art in the realm of hate speech will not be accepted.
- Title, caption, and name/pseudonym will be publicly shared
- Art must be collected at the end of the event
